Cancelling Orders (Before Delivery)

Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
All orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All orders canceled within 2 to 12 hours will be eligible for a 70% partial refund.
All orders canceled within 12 to 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
All orders can't be canceled after 24 hours.

Return Policy

We understand that a perfect fit is essential when it comes to suits, which is why we make the following commitment:  
If the finished garment you receive differs significantly from the measurements you submitted or ordered, we will remake the suit for you free of charge, once the original item has been returned and the measurements have been verified.  
Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

As each of our suits is handcrafted by professional tailors according to individual orders—whether custom measurements or standard sizes—we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to personal preferences or non-quality-related reasons.  
Once the tailoring process begins, the suit is considered a custom-made item exclusively for you and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need to pay for shipping and tariffs. To start a return, you can contact us at service@vowsuit.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@vowsuit.com.
